Payment & Subscription FAQs

When you subscribe, you’ll get your filters delivered right on schedule, based on the frequency you choose. No surprises, just fresh filters when you need them.

Your payment info is stored securely. You’ll be charged for each delivery as they’re shipped.

Some subscriptions renew automatically. Don’t want to continue? You can cancel anytime. Just use the link in your order confirmation email or log into your account to make changes.

You can log in anytime and adjust your delivery frequency to get your order sooner. Follow the steps below to process your order at a different date.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Manage Subscription & Address in your Order History.
  3. Open the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Choose the active subscription that you want to edit.
  5. Click on next order date and change the date to tomorrow (or whenever you'd like)

Have enough filters right now? No problem. To skip your next order, follow the steps below. You must skip your order before your order is being processed. You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your order being processed.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Manage Subscription & Address in your Order History.
  3. Open the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Choose the active subscription you want to edit.
  5. Scroll down and select “Skip this order” at the bottom of the page.
  6. Confirm “Skip this order” when pop-up appears.

It’s easy to update your payment info right from your account. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Manage Subscription & Address in your Order History.
  3. Open the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Select the subscription you want to update.
  5. Click on Address and Payment Details.
  6. Click on Manage Payment Methods.
  7. Add a new credit card or delete an old one
